Another Warthog question

I´d like to use the funktion to start the engine(s) like in DCS A-10 by moving the throttle from IDLE OFF position to idle but I cannot for my life figure ot how to using TARGET script editor. I´ve been using the editor for years and am (quite) familiar with how to but this one is off my chart, so to speak. Can anyone help?

Another thing, (that I may find it useful sometime), is how to set up the long press that gives another command from a button or hatswich.

Is doable, the script just need press "E" in a throttle course area (a axis band, e.g 1-2%),  see examples in this topic:

But have in mind that in DCS this throttle movement start engine - after other switches be turned ON, but don't stop the engine when throttle move for this area,  for stop the engine is need turn off specific switches. As comparison in IL:CloD, "I" key start engine, but don't stop, for stop s need use "engine cut-off", or turn off fuel cock, or magnetos.

 

In IL-2:GB the things are more 'gamey", "E" key  start and stop engine, so if you don't have a physical limitation (detent) for not allow you move Warthog throttle for the area that generate the "E" key press,  you may accidentally stop the engine in flight.

Got it, I have the detent at the low end of my throttle so I can do a test!
