Motion simulators

Hi guys, on youtube I found these motion simulators. They are 2 axis motion sim, but I think could be a nice starting base....

Do you think is practicable a thing like these for IL-2GB?

A little too hardcore for my taste.
I know noone that would have enough space for such a device beside my billionaire friend next door? *kidding*
Its nice to have full 360° in all axes but kind of counterproductive since you dont have any centrifugal forces that would appear in a real aircraft.
I imagine getting sick rather quickly in such a device.
