FTC_Passion Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 (edited) The Air Combat Group consists of both Allied and Axis squadrons under a single operational umbrella flying with full realism settings. We are an English and German speaking group located in Europe, the Americas and Australia and meet on our own Teamspeak 3 and Discord servers. Our pilots are interested in the history of World War II air combat on all fronts, seeking immersive air combat in the theatres of the time through historical campaign and other online activities. By supporting both sides of the conflict we can create parity in theatre and achieve common ground across the group, ultimately we seek to mirror the numbers flying on each side and support increasingly large campaigns. We are working our way through WWII air combat in Chronological order and are currently flying a Stalingrad campaign. KG55 is currently looking to bolster numbers. We fly bombers within the Air Combat Group campaign. We fly a campaign mission on Sunday evening from 19:00 BST and have training missions on Thursday evenings at 19:00 BST on our Air Combat Group Server. Training can be provided for those who join. We also have a mission database where we are assigned a character and write mission reports which adds an extra level to the immersion. Our VVS squadrons are also looking for fighter pilots so if you're interested just join us on teamspeak on a Thursday or Sunday evening or drop me a PM. xCorrupt1on Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Just wondering if you guys were still recruiting / training? New to the Il2 series with about 130 hours under my belt, still trying to find a plane that fits. Can fly red or blue, but have taken a liking to the P-51 and interested in flying / learning with other people instead of solo.

The bomber squadron is now full but ACG are still recruiting for fighters and other ground attack. Just head to: https://www.aircombatgroup.co.uk/forum/ If you register and make a post in the 'looking to join' section introducing yourself we'll get you started. 354thFG_Leifr Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 Are you still forcing new pilots in to JU-87 coffins for online missions? I expressed interest in joining the JU-88 outfit in 2018, with four other experienced bomber pilots, but we were explicitly told that we would have to fly in the (empty) Stuka group. 1
FTC_Passion Posted August 17, 2020 Author Posted August 17, 2020 New pilots get put in squadrons/ satffels where they are needed. I was flying thr JU88 in 2018 and our staffel wasn't full so you would've been able to join.

No matter how much we love flying bombers, there isn't a hell's chance we'll ever step in to a Stuka in an online environment. ? Thanks for responding, appreciated. 1
FTC_Rostic Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 New video with bombers squadron in action. 4
FTC_Rostic Posted October 7, 2020 Posted October 7, 2020 Newest awesome video, done by my squad mate Toast. Showcasing same mission, but four times shorter and much more immersive. 1 1
