Cooperative Lobby Stuck

Hi, 

I have a friend who can join my cooperative server, but is stuck at the lobby screen with no planes to select - nothing is showing up at all

I have created a basic Stalingrad Map with the Yak-1 Series 69 ( to keep things simple ) and he doesn't even see the Plane, for the record, he has BoS and is patched to the same version of the game as me.

If I load the Example Coop mission that comes with the game (Cooperative Complex Example), he can connect and see the planes. so it's something to do with PWCG

 

 

This is what he sees. 

 

 

 

we have tried Dogfight campaign and this works - because technically there is no lobby, so something is weird with the cooperative mode and PWCG.

Did you add him as a Pilot / User in the campaign on PWCG??

I did. he is available. other people can join my server and can see the planes, but he cannot.

I'm no expert by any means but I'd guess the issue might be with his game.  If other friends can see the planes than your PWCG isn't the problem most likely, and its not a problem for them either as they're not using PWCG to join your game.  Sounds like its a game issue on his end, might wanna try re-install or verifying files

Is his plane listed as a human flyable plane?

yeah, his plane is a Yak-1 Series 69, same as mine.
