AAA trouble getting to engage.

Im building a Airfield defense system and all the flak cannons work perfeclty. However, all the machine gun  AAA wont engage. 

 

I did the exact same process to adding the flak as with the machine gun AA. Anyone know what im doing wrong? Do I need to add an MCU to the machine guns and not the flak?

Dépends of your flight height.

You would need to fly low for getting engaged with MG

I tried that I was almost over the gunners head. Nothing. They dont even respond and point in the direction of the plane.

all the planes on the airfield open up with there machine guns so i odnt think its an altitude problem
