I find strange we can hear the guns and machines guns'impact on the enemy aircraft as the pilot is wearing headphone is steaded behind a roaring motor is inside a cockpit and is near his own firing gun ?

This has been reported as a bug, the devs are investigating it. If you have a track or recording showing this, try and post it in the Technical Issues part of the forum to help them narrow down the cause.
