How to solve (most of) the ATI gpu's new glitches

---IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR RADEON GPU GLITCHES---
If you manual set to 0 the grass distance in the startup file (in the game's folder) the last black glitches flying low disappear completely (thank to SCG_Fenris Wolf)

If you experienced glitches problems with the new update, here's a quick video how to solve (most of) them.
We will still need an hotfix but with my settings you'll be able to keep on playing with very good quality in the meanwhile
