I bought the plan and built the floor-mounted center joystick and I am quite thrilled by it.

having the stick in front of you make a whole world of difference. And even, having it lower than on the desk is really awesome.

the only down point is that I wasn't able to find the right connector. All the tubes are the right thickness but connector are slightly less rigid which make the structure a bit wobbly.

anyway, the whole stuff is really cool. It costs me maximum 80 bucks, plans included, and it was build in a short afternoon.

so it was a really good surprise when I discover this stuff, I don't regret it at all and even think to build more from them and make a whole cockpit for my man cave

I actually have the RD one you mentioned, thus I pretty much use the same label keyboard set-up for BOS as in IL-2 1946 (which the RD sticker set-up is for and I also made a RD cockpit out of PVC the floor unit with with their plans, the stick in the center not the side....LOVE IT) and even in ClOD as well. There are a few different things on each sim, but the views labels, superchargers, landing gear, etc same on each of the WWII sim keyboards some of the controls are better suited for my HOTAS set-up, but still have most of the RD labels on the keyboard.

What's funny is on my computer I have UBER USB thingies and I have different labeled keyboards for different sims, 1 for jet sims= DCS, Falcon BMS, Strike Fighters 2, 1 for WWII sims= IL-2 1946, BOS, ClOD, Janes WWII, CFS3, EAW,etc, 1 for Choppers=EECH, Janes Longbow 2, FSX choppers and 1 for WWI sims= ROF, OFF.
