THERION Posted May 20, 2020 Posted May 20, 2020 30 minutes ago, von_Tom said: Do you know if this effects on-screen messages set by the mission itself eg “Enemy attacking Anapa”. von Tom As far as I'm aware these messages shouldn't be related together, because before the update these tech advice were displayed with the tech chat, which again was to be set in the "Flight interface": and now we have it here: 1 = Tech chat as already mentioned, f.ex. throttle %, radiators, flaps , gear etc. 2 = Tech messages aka tips, f.ex. pull up, trim your elevator, change your mixture etc. Hope this helps and clears up the situation of this almighty tech chat chet mex max whatever... Technochat can be disabled locally even if it enabled on a multiplayer server; So I assume that means that in your plane you can press Esc, go to Settings > Basic Options, and under Interface, set Ingame Messages to Off.
