Configuration # Values?

I searched the forum and didn’t see anything (unless I’m blind).  I was curious if there was a guide or explanation for what each setting means as well as what number values indicate which changes to the setting in Advanced config and such.

 

For example:

 

AI Difficulty goes on a 1-4 scale of easy to more difficult as the number increases. 
 

Mission Start (I think it’s called), 2 means you cold start and taxi
