How to set manual start the planes engine

In PWCG the planes engine is already been started, I can not find the adjustment to start the engine on manual, were is that?

You have to select option to cold start, which you start from the parked position and taxi to the runway.

It is in the advanced configuration menu for your campaign under mission limits.

Start type = set this to 2 for cold start.
