permanent village lights

I know this is absolutely Hollywood style and not according to the history, but I do like it, so is it possible to make the village lights permanent in the terrain maps, so you do not need every time the mission editor to swap then in, when using PWCG.

An option for night lighting would be great.

CLoD had city lights and stars moon etc. It was great to fly at night. Not historical but cool.
