Regarding the marksmanship of the AAA and Gunners

Has anyone noticed that the AAA or Gunner are only targeting the pilot?

It seems that the AAA and the gunners are all snipers, they always aim at the pilot, no matter what speed you come from.?

clarification:

It happened to me shooting he111, ju88, pe2, Bf110, il2 and light flak.?
