Error #4 email or password not correct

Just purchased IL2 on Steam and purchased a couple of campaigns on this site.  When trying to link Steam to the IL2 site, I keep receiving error#4 email address or password incorrect.  I have tried resetting my password and have logged in, so I know these items are correct.   Any ideas?

Steam email is the same address as the one used for il2 website.

I had the same problem last night.

I tried changing my password multiple times in decreasing complexity. But even just letters and numbers didn't do the trick.

Did not solve it.

As an alternative, went for 'login with steam' which eventually also leads you to registering an account here. Used another email address and nick to complete the registration.

I've already linked my Steam account with this here, but I still can't unlock content purchased on this site. When I start the game from a Steam account, my extensions purchased here are still locked. I'm already clueless about it... ?

This is to 1C developer . Many people have this issue . we are spending money for service you announce that it is possible to use  ( you said liking account and buying from main site and use the content in  steam is possible and you made detailed guide how to link the accounts  ). Please make sure it is working otherwise you show warning massage to all that this feature is not working or under correction  .

Are any of you guys contacting Il2 support about this issue? If its an account issue, like a mixup with passwords or account linking not working, then the forums aren't going to be much help. Register a ticket through the support on the main page if you haven't already. Often they can fix these issues on their end if it is a registration problem.

Two tickets registered and one email sent to customer support .no response whatsoever
