AT accuracy

I've got a question for the mission makers out there.  I've made a lot of Russian defensive based mission and I am experienced in the accuracy of the their AT.  It wasn't until this past week that I made a Russian offensive mission and placed a lot of German AT out there.  My question is this....did they re work the AT accuracy overall, or is the German AT just plain dialed down compared to the Russian?  In past missions..the Russian AT at the Low setting....just nails you, and the same AT for the Germans is just not as precise, in fact it's pretty pathetic.  Just asking, not trying to start a flame war, it could be that my mission was misfiring, or they made a tweak.

There is no way to tell if the games ATG effectiveness was specifically reworked. ?

 

One can only set up test missions with equal targets and observe the results with the German and Russian ATGs.

From my experience playing on both sides it seems german anti tank guns dont see the enemies as far away as the soviet ones do, ina  t-34 I managed to get within 200 meters from a pak 38 without it reacting. And the aim is bad too, most often miss while the soviet guns hit one far sooner.
