BE SURE what you're about to purchase is going to work on your machine, because you're not getting your money back.

Xsolla re just the payment service. They don't authorise a refund. That has to be done by the publisher. What is your compatibility issue? Does your machine fall below the minimum specs to run the game?
WatRed511 Posted May 27, 2021 Posted May 27, 2021 Just a heads up if you are having problems on Xsolla and paying by credit card and get purchase cancelled error. I had previous purchases go through but recent did not. Called card company and fraud software at card co prevented purchase. Card company authorized after I spoke to them so would encorage call to visa/mastercard if doesnt go through. If that is issue they will authorize seller and just repurchase. Previous purchases will not go through as not authorized..per card co.

The fact of matter is that the Xcolla Inc is blocking my payments without any solid reasons(from my point of view) for this. I tried to pay with all cards I have, I even created PayPal account...no help. They just refuse accept money from my IL2sturmovik account that I use since 2016 and already payed from it for different Il2 stuff. After I raised a ticket at the Xcolle support I received the following explonation: I waited for several days, but these guys are still blocking my payments. So, my question is....did anybody of you experienced the same problems with Xcolla? What have to be done to prove to these guys that I'm not a scam and I use my money to pay for my toys? Are there withing the 777 or 1C any kind of manager resposible for this kind of issues? Thank you in advance. 2

Then came here, forum to see, if there are any answers, what's wrong. Well I already knowing, that someones have had problems with xsolla. And still seems to be. Anyway, after checking this, going back to store to try again, but this time only buying a Gaz and it go through. Didn't test if I could buy BoN straight after, but getting a feeling, that I have to buy everything one by one in future. Before were able to buy everything at once. 1

Money duly removed from my PayPal and receipt sent to me with no instructions on how to claim the purchased game. Is it a download or am I awaiting a physical shipment? If a download where the heck do I get it? How about the key? Spent a half hour in a chat box with XSolla customer support to be told “yup we received your money. Not our problem. Check with the game folks”. Sent in a ticket here but not holding my breath. What am I missing? (Other than the money) I have never made an online purchase where the acknowledgment email did not explain clearly how to get the product. Edited July 13, 2021 by baevans 1

"You can purchase this product set only in the form of gift keys due to one or more following reasons:- the cart contains incompatible products- the cart contains products incompatible to the ones already activated on your account- the cart contains products, already activated on your account- the cart contains products that require the base version of the game How do I fix this?

Bought a lot during the Halloween Sale, then wanted to buy Kuban last minute. Declined for "security reasons". "Live" chat was a f*cking unresponsive copy/paste joke. Raised a ticket, sent in the screenshots of my last purchases. Radio silence, then: a carbon copy of their first mail. Had to find a workaround (asked a friend to buy Kuban as a gift, then PayPal'd him the money) to take advantage of the sale in the meantime. Sent screenshots again - again radio silence. Then, three days later a mail "your issue has been resolved". Tried to buy the G-6 today. "Issues resolved", my ass. Same shit. And now the promo codes register as "already used". Holy crap, 1C. Get a respectable payment service that isn't based in some third-world corruption-riddled backwater, because this is a f*cking embarrassment. /rant Edited November 14, 2021 by DrFGHobo
IckyATLAS Posted November 15, 2021 Posted November 15, 2021 I had also impossibilities with XSolla, the only solution is to pay through PayPal with your credit card and that works without a hitch. You must have a PayPal account.
NareFlare Posted March 11, 2023 Posted March 11, 2023 Previously have made multiple purchases for IL-2 products through Xsolla without any issues. Try to purchase BoM today and now getting the 3032 error. Contact support through Babka and am now told that there was a dispute with a transaction in June of 2022. I was never notified at the time and was able to purchase new IL-2 content through Xsolla in December of 22 and Jan of 23 without issues. All of a sudden now they decide to make it an issue and ask for my bank statements to PROVE that I had no transactions in June of 2022, which I didn't; however, I was not about to send my bank statements to their company to prove my innocence. What a piss poor operation that is now preventing me from making purchases. I liked being able to 100% support 1C, but now I'm going to have to wait for the Steam sales and give them their cut because Xsolla has flagged me as a non-reliable customer...despite making purchases since then...

Click on the Live Chat (black cat) icon in the bottom right and tell them you can not complete purchase. Xsolla had me send them a screen shot of my bank statement showing a previous payment to Xsolla. After 10 mins the security problem was resolved.
