When flying multiplayer missions, my controls (Flightstick, rudder, Throttle quadrants and keyboard)  sometimes disconnect and I can't do anything but seeing my plane go into the ground.

I thought I had solved my problem, disabling Windows 10 USB power management, but it didnt solve my problem.

Any good advices will be appreciated ?     It's very annoying, been flying a mision for hours just to lose controls and see the plane going down.

I9 9900, 4300MHZ ram, GEforce 1080TI, HP reverb pro VR.

Controls: HP pro rudder pedals, Microsoft FFB2 joystick, 2 x Logotech throttele quadrants

I also using a 7 port powered  USB hub

Best Regards

Bo

Is it only ever in multiplayer, or does it happen elsewhere?

I know you don't have CH controllers, but CH Control manager has some conflicts with Teamspeak in Windows 10. You may have a similar problem.

Make sure windows Power management doesn't shut down your controllers.

Go to Control panel /device manager and go through all your controllers that have a "Power management" tab, in their "property" menu and make sure the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option is disabled like in this screenshot:

I have a similar problem.  I have MFG pedals and they disconnect/reconnect in mp every once in a while.  The disconnect cascades over to Joystick Gremlin deactivating the current profile.  I have to alt-tab out of game to reactive the profile.  As you can imagine this occurs at the most inopportune moments.

I used the program below to ID which USB device was the culprit.  They are 1 of 5 devices connected to a 7 port powered USB hub which I believe Milan said should not be an issue.  All other devices on the hub have no issues.  Still do not know what causes the initial disconnect.

After a long period of having the issue of disconnect/reconnect on my pedals (and the subsequent profile deactivation) and where I have also unplugged and plugged in the USB numerous times, I think (fingers crossed) I have found the issue.  When I checked the connection the last time to the hub it seemed solid however I gave it a good solid press and it snapped in further.  I have had no further disconnects/reconnects since.  ?‍♂️

One thing also causing disconnects is if you connect too many peripherals in one USB stack. I spread them out so that 1-2 are connected to one. No more disconnects.
