Key activation / Steam purchase

Hi guys, I am stuck. I bought Battle of Stalingrad + Battle of Bodenplatte (as it was not letting me buy the latter alone) on Steam.

 

I am able to open the game and reach the main menu. but when i go to career, all the campaigns are locked. for that matter all kinds of missions are unaccessible

 

I have registered through steam on the website as well. But I do not see any purchases in my website profile (they are there, and installed on steam). I dont see any keys for activation in steam as well. I am stuck, and not sure what to do.

Are you launching through Steam?

It could be an activation issue. I would contact Steam support and Il-2 support to get the ball rolling there. Sometimes it can take a little while.

yes. I am launching through Steam. have contacted both, but not sure who will resolve. Rather who will own it up

I have the same issue.... any updates?

 

Edit: for anyone stumbling on the same issue: both of us solved the problem by refunding on Steam and buying directly from 1C.
