HE111 mode career too heavy

Hello,

I would like to signal a bug concerning mode career in HE111.

First time i try a career with HE111, i would like to signal that missions range are about 400 to 500km, so around 1h30 of mission. HE111 consuption is about 300-350L/H by engine so we only need around 1200L of  fuel to be easy. But in the game, we start with 4000L plus bombs. The aircraft is too heavy to take-off before the end of runway. I can change my refuel but not for my wingmans... They crash themselves everytimes at take-off...(forced to begin missions in flight to fly with my wingmans).I like doing the mission from take-off to land ?‍✈️.
