Create public and or tribunes

i would like to create a public or tribunes on an aerobatic map. Any idea?

Hi, yes i think i will go for it. I was whishing for something more "easy".

I once placed a fires moke on top of a tower, aiming a height offset. That worked. . Trials and error.
