More trackhat issues

Hello All, 

I have an issue with trackhat and I was wondering if anyone has had the same issue??

 

i have downloaded the correct software for the cl-eye and that tests perfect, when I hit start on the trackhat software the video page stays blank and the program quits after 5 seconds, when I go into options on opentrack and select camera, there is a section for status and it says ‘tracker offline’ I’m guessing this is not right but don’t know how too correct this issue!

 

if anybody has any clues then I would be very grateful for some help, I have emailed trackhat support and not heard anything back.

Hello

You have to exit the cl eye soft before using the opentrack ( camera is used by only one software )

However the exit after 5s is news...

Sorry should have said ‘ after exiting cl-eye and hitting start on open track’ 

it’s like the program doesn’t know where to look for the camera,

I got a trackhat clip working, but the calibration i cannot get right ... any tips?
