How to change destination of Il2 BoS or in alternative the whole STEAM forder

Hy all.  Just yesterday i bought Il 2 BoS  . When I finished the dowwload I realized that with 57 GB I almost filled up the main disk(C:).  I woluld like to move the game  or in alternative the whole STEAM folder to my second disk but it looks like the operation is impossilble.  As amatter of fact I copied the whole folder to my second disk but at the end of the operation I discovered that the 63GB of the folder became 5 GB only in the new destination . There is obviously something wrong.

Can anibody suggest how I can manage this change of destination, if  possible?  In alternative if I delete the whole STEAM folder can I download again Cliffs of Dover and CloD Blitz and Il 2 BoS without buying them again? And in this second case how I can do it? In addition I have to admit that in the Steam folder I could not find out any icon related to both the games   allowing  me to possibly delete  the games. ( Most likely , I guess, it may be possible only through the STEAM site).
