Some game suggestions to developers

Hello all,

I’m an old Il-2 Sturmovik, Il-2 Forgotten battles, Il-2 1946 and Rise of flight enthusiast.

Recently I resumed Il-2 Great battles after a long time pause.

I really enjoy all the new maps, planes, features, and so on. I have some suggestions for game developers, maybe some of them are already discussed in other threads in the past, for this I apologize:

  1. Tank crew: I would like to have precise informations from my AI crew members. Something like “hit received from 10 o’clock!” so me (the tank commander) can do something smart to counteract. Also communications about enemy/friends sightings, like “enemy tank at 6 o’clock, 1000 m”;
  2. Same concept for gunners in multirole aircrafts, in order to better simulate the fact that in these aircraft types there are not just 2 but, 4, 6 or more eyes that are constantly scanning the sky!
  3. More informations through HUD for gunners. When in multiplayer I take position as a gunner, I would like to know plane heading, maybe also height and speed. In order to simulate the fact that pilot and gunners were always in communications.
  4. I know, maybe it is not so quick or easy, but it would be great to have a lot more planes already present in Rise of flight for Flying Circus, even just AI controlled! Just to have more targets and variety (DH4, Breguet 14, R.E.8, DFV C.V, etc…)
  5. About multiplayer: please, I would like to have an immediate communication about a kill (“enemy aircraft shot down”, “tank destroyed”, etc,…), also aircraft type and pilot name! Basically I want to know which type of aircraft and which pilot I downed for my personal knowledge and to judge my performance!

While I like your suggestions I tend to turn off everything you mentioned for immersion. I prefer if there is an additional options to get these infos via audio communication with my virtual crew members.
