Latest update freezers on Download

Hi,

I have tried to download the latest update (15.49 GB left) and the download freezes showing 0/s. Up till now I was getting about 130kbs ( I know its pitifully slow but that's ADSL1.5 in a rural area).

Any suggestions as Ive closed computer three times and other downloads are at acceptable speeds when tried out'

Thanks in advance, How many GB was this download meant to initially be?

 And I was up to date with the version I had ( cant check as game wont start and show my version).

Any help would be gratefully appreciated and how do I revert to game info prior to me starting this unsuccessful try to download the latest version and subsequent hotfix. As I cannot get into anything, and being on snails speed download (using an ADSL 1.5 d/l speed)

BTW the game was working well and this old body and mind definitely didn't push any wrong keys!

 I have posted this on Technical issues but being under isolation due to bad lung and health issues.

This is my only real form of relief from a weird health induced existence with constant being on Oxygen and having severe COPD (Cronic Obstructive Pulmony Disease ) cause from a car accident at 18 and smoking for 40 years( I know all set induced) so don't smoke as I recall Yul Brinner ( actor) vehemently saving in the 80s.

Rant over but I hope the brains here can help me with my issue.

Have you tried contacting support directly? Honestly it sounds like it might be a connection issue, with the extra load on the networks lately everything is slower, but it should still be going a little bit. If you try launching the game from the .exe and not the launcher in offline mode you might be able to play the old version for a while. I’m sorry this isn’t working for you.
