Passive AI in Coop (and victory not counted) ?

Hello there,

Since 2 or 3 versions my group and me found AI very passive in co-op.

Often it doesn't fight and just runs in a straight line. Bombers shoot when they feel like it (i.e. rarely) and fighters don't seem to want to fight.

And also the victories are often denied... although very obvious.

Did I miss something or an adjustment to make?

Things related to the AI (skill level, waypoint priorities) have not changed.  There are a very limited number of things that a mission maker can do to influence AI aggressiveness, and those really have not changed much since RoF.

Claim verification is actually very forgiving as far as PWCG algorithms are concerned.  They are denied for three reasons:

1. The logs clearly show somebody else was credited with the victory

2.  No clear victor was assigned and the crash site cannot be determined to be anywhere close to where you were during the mission.

3. The aircraft type was badly misidentified (claiming a twin engine bomber but shooting down a fighter).

Of these three reasons #2 is the only one likely to cause issue.  This can happen if the plane crashes some time later and there are no logs indicating that you were anywhere near the crash site.  Maybe you were, but PWCG can't tell based on the logs.

If you have another occurrence please press the report error button and post a message explaining what was claimed, what was denied, and why you think this was incorrect.
