Moving the map location possible?

In the original ( think back..)I’ll-2 Sturmovik I could move the map around and enlarge or reduce (the included map )it easily ( I personally liked in in the low center as if I was holding in front of the instrument panel.) CloD also had the same sort of movement possible. In GB the map seems cemented in place on the right side of the screen. My question is is a mod possible that with the help of the mouse we could move the map to the position of our choice? Just asking?

good idea .... unless you use arcade mode a lot like i do.
