GeForce Now vs Shadow Tech; Seeking feedback for myself & Countless Others

I have eagerly attempting to figure out how to join the IL-2 community by actually participating in campaigns vs posting on forums. Due to having older workstation PCs and Mac Desktop and laptops my options seemed to be none. However, about 2 weeks ago or so Nvidia's Gaming Streaming Service announced they had added/allowed to add IL-2 to their ever fluctuating list of titles a client can access. The caveat being to access IL-2 it would have to be through Steam...and Steam requires any IL-2 modules to be built upon the"foundation" game, IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad aka BOS...I assume if able to run BOS then other modules, campaigns for IL-2 will also be accessable once have the BOS foundation in place. I have yet to attempt due to having numerous computers, the personal computers I use personally are Macs...I do have older PCs which were used as workstations in my business as well as the servers which fed all the virtual machines the data (Dell R710 and 720 Poweredge Servers) Performing Due-diligence I read a lot of posts displaying frustration with utilizing peripherals, HOTAS, pedals/rudders. track-ir, etc with PC and Macs.

I learned about Shadow Tech which would serve me the best due to their service is having a robust gaming PC set-up, configured specifically for me which I simply access remotely...in essence that is what it does or suppose to...meaning their are no limitations due to having a complete system designated for you personally. Of Course, there are caveats with this service as well with the primary one above the plethura of frustrations and compaints of existing and clients who have already paid, is there seems to be similar issues for Mac Owners who wish, need to play a game or perform a task which requires peripherals such as HOTAS, Rudders/pedals, track-ir, etc...

I have not been able to garnish any feedback from the companies or on forums which provide definitive answers, instructions, guidance or direction if is even possible. Obviously, my own PC is preferably but due to the pandemic (overblown to a degree which is beyond words...I'm a doctor and can provide quantative, objective data to substantiate this statement...I digress)...but due to struggles, battles Ive been forced to endure I do not have the financial ability to purchase or build a new, robust PC for Flight Sims (I also am a Certified Private Pilot)...

I know this is a lot to ask of anyone...however, if someone finds they have an hour or so I know I would appreciate and countless others for someone who purchased IL-2 through Steam to access the free version option of Geforce Now--doesn't require a credit card or anything other than information and give IL-2 a try in that service and post feedback...I wish I could offer something in return just difficult times for my family and myself beyond the issues which are impacting all of us...Perhaps someone has accessed GFN or Shadow Tech already...of course if can do with a Mac would answer many people's questions not to mention would open up thousands of new paying customers/clients for 1C Studio or whoever the parent company of IL-2 Battle Series is...

I sincerely appreciate if have read to this point and thanks in advance...either way...

Take Care to all

The internet isn't good enough for remote streaming services yet. Though I can see a future where it's more economical to use a remote gaming machine like Shadow Tech
