Ordered Battle of Normanshy by Mistake

Hi everyone, Im new at IL2 never played before and I ordered Battle of Normandy by mistake which is a preorder on the store page. I realized after the order that the picture cover says preorder! and I purchased it. what are the chances of them canceling the order or changing to Battle of Bodenplate? I know how I made the mistake! I created my account first which will show the preorder Normandy vs if you purchase before creating account which will not expose the preorder Normandy. I hope they can either cancel so I can order the correct one or exchange the order to Bodenplatte.

 

Has anyone done a stupid mistake like I did and had it resolved? Please be kind! im sensitive! LOL

If I were you I would keep BON and get another battle that's been released. With this planeset, I think Normandy should be very entertaining for you:

Which doesn't help the OP because he wants to play now. Really surprising I know.

Well, it does if the OP can afford to put out for another battle. Of course that is not always possible, so he has two good suggestions depending on what he wants to do.

Good news! They refunded the money and I went and purchased  Battle of Bodenplatte and a week after the others went on amazing price drop and purchased the others. Now I have all but BoN.

 

I want to thank the support for resolving this within 24 hrs, It shows they care and very understanding.
