Flying like ducks.....

Have noticed when trying to fly in "Career" mode one on the target, the whole flight flies around the target like a flock of ducks that won't commit to landing. Come down a bit, pick up, and around they go again. Not one is shooting, dropping bombs or rockets. I'm the only one to drop, or shoot. As soon as I do, it says mission complete, and the whole flock of ducks beats cheeks back to base. Get back to base, they all drop their bombs just before they land. I'm kinda thinkin' something isn't quite right.....just sayin'.
