Plane setup window missing

Hi,

 

since a few days I am somtimes missing the aircraft setup GUI on the right side of the screen where i can choose ammo, modifications, skins, etc. (see pic)

Happens in coop and dogfight missions. All I can do is select ACCEPT on the bottom right which brings me back to the map.

 

Any ideas how to get it back?

There is a button right there where your mouse cursor is
