Some Do and Some Don't - Blocks

I have this case of sub-grouped 'stand.mgm' blocks that show up in the game, Stalingrad autumn map game version 4.005d.

Now about 60 % of the same ones won't show .... is there a bug? (some other blocks also won't show ...)

All are set up the same, set to ground, even reloaded all items saved as group and re-loaded on to a fresh ME mission map, ctreecache etc renewed. Beats me?
