JU-88 bottom collection bin and bail out bug

During a quick mission battle and damage test. My pilot became severely injured and could no longer control the plane. I pressed for the crew to bail out and they would not leave. I understand if the pilot was unable to bail out from extensive injuries. But the rest of the crew should be able to bail if the pilot is unable. The secondary effect, caused me to observe that the bottom gunner's ammo collection bin covering does not disappear from the 1st person perspective once the area is jettisoned for bail out.
