Moscow Map error?

Hi Support: It seems as if you cannot cross the red arrow  marked vertical line going West ... Is that normal?

 

 

Id love to see Moscow flying over it ... but If you cross the line you'll get this message below, while there is still a good few KMs left ....

It is not possible to fly over Moscow indeed.

Due to limited resources you can only enjoy the capital from a distance.

Remember that Moscow looks very basic at low altitude. From high altitude it is more than acceptable.
