AI get stuck in a loop stating "Target Destroyed"

Easy to replicate, I've seen it happen in any mission where the AI destorys a ground target.

 

They will continuously say the radio message - "{name of plane} target destroyed" over and over again.

They will state it more times than there were ground units, so its not like they were killing lost of objects.

 

Only started happening since latest update.

We had that in a PWCG mission last night, was very annoying to say the least.  When someone does not show up for the mission his plane is taken over by AI and he never shuts up.
