New version out -- APCR ?

A while ago, not sure how many updates ago, a damage model change had made APCR mostly useless, and the situation of Other Tanks vs Tigers (where Other Tanks is usually T34) pretty hopeless, i.e. it had become pointless to use APCR to try and crack the Tigers from the sides or the back. We had to fall back to APHE. At this point I had given up on TC for a bit.

So my question, with the new damage model in this update, has anyone seen an improvement in APCR effect?

Just tried APCR rounds with Panzer III against Shermans. Couldn't destroy any tanks with APCR rounds, APHE did the trick just fine by shooting at the engine from behind. Couple P-38's spawned too on the runway, shot one of them like 10 times at least. Got good hits to engine and cockpit but he managed to takeoff just fine with some small leaks ? Also noticed that the very annoying MG reload bug still exists in German tanks.
