Newest update has this popup after screen freezes:

This is occurring no matter what I try.It happens on large & small missions , with Mods on and Mods off.I've tried everything I know with no results through Steam including re-install.I'm lostI have no idea  what to do next.Can someone figure this out? Thanks!

Go to the mentioned file and remove it! (pu it in a backup folder anywhere)
