Flying Circus: Prop Visual Bug

Encountered this bug while testing Flying Circus today; details of my setup below, plus video link.  Anyone know a fix or what's causing this?  Thanks in advance!

 

Windows 10, 64-bit

Intel i7-6700 3.4GHz

RAM: 16GB

Graphics: GTX1060 6GB

Settings: preset Ultra, SSAO & HDR turned off.

Nvidia settings: mostly app. controlled; FXAA off, MSAA off, Transparency AA off.
