WWChunk Posted April 9, 2020 Posted April 9, 2020 I'd argue that the author of that article should actually take a trip to the Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum to take a look at their "not pristine," flyable Il-2. Yes, it has an Allison engine, but to pooh-pooh an artifact that cost millions of dollars to restore sounds pretty lame to me. The thing flies, and is an absolute joy to watch. FHCAM Il-2M3
