It's not FFB. The Wingman Force is the FFB one.

It's far from being the best. You can crank up the price to 500$ then you can talk about the best.

There is no force feedback on that stick.

The straightest and most reasonable way: invest 500€ for a new rig on haswell ,and if u think u cant live without ffb and want the best (which is subjective) ffb stick on the market, another 300€ for a G940.

However your crux is your rig.

.Btw u should run Il2 1946 in OpenGL mode.

Well, I've never been a fan of ffb. I'd go for a hotas if you want to change stick.

I have the saitek X52 which is decent. Not the top of the line, has some precision issues near the deadzone. However it's ok for my needs. If I break it one day I'll upgrade probably with the warthog. This one looks awfully sweet but the price is a real bummer.

The logitech wingman is a good stick still. Not the best but I had some fun with it and its previous iterations.

If the stick has a gameport connector with a USB adapter then I think you might be in for a disappointment.

If it's a GamePort to USB adaptor you'll probably find the joystick works but without Force Feedback.

With an old Gameport device you'll need to install XP to get it working correctly.

the very last update was for vista 32bit
