Can some expert enlighten me what exactly causes circling when a plane (Ju52 in this case) is set to autopilot after take off ....

I had this before and read once that right or left circling means something to do with waypoint settings ...

Also after take off all of a sudden Time Scale ( [ , ] ) does not work any more; annoying when testing take off, guess to do with a timed Formation Command .... Thnx

You need to connect a 'ontakeoff' report to the first waypoint of the plane that's taking off. This way, once the plane takes off, the report will tell the first waypoint to execute. Which will then have the plane fly to that waypoint. To get the 'ontakeoff' report, right click the plane and select it in the menu.

Possibly you have a media MCU in your mission. If I remember correctly, the stop time acceleration. Remove the media logic, and you should be able to scale time again.
