It's perfectly fine aeroplane what is crap about it? You can take it for a joyride over France land in a field and take off again it has no multi crew but why would you need it? You just enjoy kicking the poor game at every opportunity, isn't that so?

On the Allies' side we had the Tiger Moth but on the Axis' side we hadn't any equivalent civilian-training aircraft. Now, thanks to the superbe 3D-modellers and coders of TFS, we have this beautiful Taifun and I love, I love, I love, I love both planes. Palker is right, simply take off on board one Bf 108 and land and re-take off anywhere you want, even inside a canyon in North Africa...

Varrattu, I already notified this bug two months ago in the Bugtracker... and not even with this plane. So this is not related to the Bf 108 itself.

 

Otherwise, we do not usually raise the undercarriage when we are stationary on the ground. As a consequence there is nothing to stop you from taking off and enjoying the flight. Now please be honest and tell  us why you are here and what exactly is what you really want.

Really like this image, shows how great the DM is in this game; as soon as the left wing hit the ground the left aileron and outer portions separated almost immediately. I like the gunner sticking up from the sand with his left arm in the air (he tried to bail out but it was too low (BTW this is not the plane I was flying)).

Yep, +1, but I'm not sure if a Flying Tiger (thus, a P-40) has ever met a BR.20 of the Imperial Japanese Army. By 1941 the Japanese BR.20s were, almost all of them if not absolutely all of them, replaced by Mitsubishi Ki-21s. I'd need to double-check that but I do not have much free time now.

My thought is that it would be a good ( fictional ) stand-in for the Mitsubishi G3M Nell..and I'm not the first to suggest the other Italian fighter aircraft could also , with new Japanese markings be used in this way as well, perhaps over the 'Malta" map ,perhaps ?

I don't particularly like the idea of using "fake" aircraft, but I know that the Great Battles C.202 has already been used as a Ki-61...

This was done quitea few times in the old Il-2 and believe it or not in Great Battles as well.To me the Italian aircraft look more the part and it will be forever to get japanese aircraft here or at Great Battles...so as I said stand-ins.

Malta map is a modified Channel map( perhaps an "Autumn map?) in the third party old Axis & British Malta Campaigns that still work in DWT. Its still available  for download.
