Have to wait for official announcements for now, but if you want to see the weather and water effects that TruSky will bring to CloD, check out this video :)

Clouds/weather look great, there's water effects available for TruSky too?

Yes, also rain, snow, storms it is a complete dynamic weather system.

It's already in-game, TFS are just bug crushing at the moment. Buzzsaw said it should be in Blitz by late-fall so end of November at the latest if all goes well ?

How do you have access to this Mystic? It looks awesome! And is that new environmental lighting too? The Spitfire looks a bit different I think.

First flight of the campaign, soon after this I ended in a spin and made a big hole in the ground.:crazy:

It's been ages since I watched Star Wars movies, but isn't it that big metal vehicle that small fellas in hoodies used to drive across the desert? I don't recognize the remaining two structures but I gather these are from the SW movie as well.

 

Would be a second Easter Egg on the map then. Anyone aware of more?

Just imagine how much ahead CoD was of its time. We don't still have after, what,  9 years CoD killer. I got kids shortly after CoD and left the scene. Now that the kids have shcool, hobbies, and friends, and they only need me to supply them, I am back in scene, just to find out the scene is practically the same as it was when I left, meaning the CoD is still the king. This is mind boggling. I don't think I missed anything. What is the final verdict? CoD was 15 years ahead of its time?

In fact that is truly mind boggling. It is a great game, one of the greatest ever made, and the king of the hill in its genre (WW2 combat flight). Yet only 50 players? What else you can say than that it is mind boggling. An essay could be written about why it is so, but we can skip that and go to conclusions and realize that the beginning of the end of golden age of WW2 combat flight sims was when original IL-2 entered and wiped everyone else off the table. The descent has been slow and there has been 20 years of great time for WW2 flight simmers, but the current state is not to be taken as granted. The downfall can continue, and that's why the current games should be treasured and try keep the community healthy. That way we can have better time and there is better grounds for new players to come.

 

This was a bit long winded reply to you, but it happened because those were the concerns what came to my mind.
