PanzerVII Posted April 5, 2020 Posted April 5, 2020 I just got the game but I am really confused on how to set up the joystick since it requires so many actions. Is there a setup or at least a template for a HOTAS 4 out there? I also seem to have difficulty assigning multiple keys as trying to bind 2 keys only results in one getting binded.
TCW_Brzi_Joe Posted April 5, 2020 Posted April 5, 2020 What exactly you wanted to do? To have one special action triggered when combination of 2 keys are pressed? The best way is to use joy2key or jostick gremlin; they are capable of different things, almost everything with keypressing. However, you may try this; go to settings, keybindings, press key 1 and hold, go to action you want (I.e. gears up/down), double click on free box for assignment, then game will wait for your input, press key 2 (while still holding key 1 down). Game will then recognise combo.
Eclipse4349 Posted April 15, 2020 Posted April 15, 2020 A big +1 for JoyToKey. I just learned to use it and have replaced the no-longer-supported, glitch software that came with my controllers with it. It is actually more flexible and better than what I had been using! Feel free to PM me about it
