Yes, you can actually play offline, but with some restrictions. You won't be able to use career mode. Therefore I recommend to download some scripted campaigns here or buy one of the official ones once you've got access to the internet again, because scripted campaigns are stored locally and you can always run them without internet connection. So at least you have some content to entertain yourself and you won't be stuck with QMB only. Cheers
