If i purchase the Flying circus, willlsetting the flight controls interfer with IL2 sturmovik plane controls. It did when I played rise of flight..

FC is simply a content module of IL2, sharing all settings with the other modules.  If you have the flying controls already set up in IL2, they are ready to work with FC planes.  All you should need to configure will be functions unique to WW1 planes.

IL2 and RoF are separate applications and I don't see how they could affect each other, unless you did something like installing them both into the same folder.

You need to set blip switch (to your Soviet/British brake button), altitude throttle (to your mixture axis) and be prepared to fire overwing with cannon trigger ;).

Forget pitch trim it is a no go in the DR1, you have to push the stick so far forward it's nie on impossible to control it.
