Career mode - fps drops in a certain mission

Hello!

Today I faced this kind of bug:

Career mode in battle for Moscow, BF109 F2/F4.

The very first mission is "Intercept Bombers". Fps was fine when I just started a mission and took off.

As soon as we approached to Pe-2's I faced a huge fps drop. Like 5-10 frames per second. I shot down one Pe-2 and then flew back to base because it was unplayable. Fps did not recover until I finished the mission.

 

I recorded that mission but in record fps was totally fine. 144 fps. I noticed quite many enemy airplanes. Like 15-20 or more. Just in case if it means something.

 

So far I've had stable 100+ fps in any other mission and multiplayer. All settings are maxed out, blur off.

 

My system:

Ryzen 3960X

64 gb RAM 3200mhz

2080 ti Founders Edition

Windows 10

What resolution are you playing at? 144 FPS in an intensive scenario like career mode is pretty high, and if you are running at 1440 or 4K even with a great system that might be a tall order. Bomber gunner AI is very cpu intensive so attacking a formation may strain your system a bit. I have a hard time seeing how dropping even 10 FPS would even be all that noticeable though tbh, unplayable is a strong word.

Yeah, i play 1440p. I've been playing the game for three months and this is the first time I faced the problem. May be devs will consider to optimize the game a bit. That would be great!
