Password Problem

I want to reset my password on all devices. When I try to log in from iPhone the password I use is no longer recognized. I can log in to forum and game because it is saved but not visible. I have not heard back from customer support.

Are you sure the password on your iPhone is the same one that is saved for the Game and Forum? It sounds like you changed your password and updated it on the game and the forum but not on your phone. You should just be able to enter the updated password manually into the iphone and then it will work, just choose to save the new password.

If you've forgotten that password and you really need to get in via your phone, you could reset the password in the store and in the forum (I believe these passwords are not necessarily the same) and then simply update your web browswer, game, and phone and any other devices with the new password you just reset.

That's just it. I have to enter password in order to change password!!!??  I  can't use "forgot password" because that screen still asks for the password. I know what password the forum and game are recognizing but that does not work when trying to change password on phone.

If the forum and the game are recognizing the password and letting you in, you don't need to change it - the password is the same for every device you use, the iPhone is probably just using an old password that no longer works. You just need to log in normally on the iPhone. So just go to the login page on your phone and enter your username and the password that works on the forum and the game. The Iphone will probably prompt you to tell it if it should remember the 'new' password - say yes. Now your iPhone will remember the new password.

Fixed problem. I deleted Il-2 info from iPhone passwords and accounts menu.

 Then logged in and saved password at prompt.
