Manual engine start

Is it possible to play campaign with manual engine start,I mean start of mission engine off and you must turn engine on step by step and go to runway?

In career mode just check the options "Mission start" - here you can choose in what condition to start your mission.

That only gives the option to start from the runway or in the air - not with the engine off.

But you can do in Patrick Wilson's Campaign Generator, which you can find in the main forum under Third Party Apps...
