Best way to set up HOTAS controls after re-install?

Salute!  My computer crashed a few days ago.  I think it was the motherboard.  Anyway, I'm working to get it fixed and working again.  Question: What's the best way to reinstall my HOTAS settings after reinstalling IL-2?  Is there a config file in my backup that I could move into the new folder?  I'd rather avoid having to go through the drill of programming all the buttons and axes I had set up.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I believe it would be the contents of the data/input folder.
