Clouds problem

My graphic settings are High and clouds are on high and game is running smoothly if I put graphic to balanced and clouds stay on High I get higher fps but clouds are very pixelated even thru cockpit glass in distance,problem is also with Il 2 43 aim when you flying thru clouds you get glitches on croshair and if I put clouds to extreme same problem
